At Monroe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
